Yes! As long as you own the photo or have rights to it, we can convert it. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. Higher resolution photos (at least 1 megapixel) produce sharper coloring pages.

How do I send my photo after purchasing?

After checkout, email your photo to hello@magiccoloringstudio.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Order #1001 — Photo Attached”). We’ll confirm receipt and get started right away.

How long does delivery take?

Most custom coloring pages are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your photo. Rush turnaround is often faster. We’ll email your finished PDF directly to the address used at checkout.

What format will I receive my coloring page in?

You’ll receive a high-resolution PDF file sized at 8.5” x 11” at 300 DPI — perfect for printing on standard home printer paper or cardstock at any print shop.

Customization & Quality

Can I request changes to my coloring page?

Absolutely! If you’d like a different style, more or less detail, or any other adjustments, just reply to your delivery email. We offer one complimentary revision per order.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

Privacy & Photo Security

Is my photo kept private?

Yes. Your photos are used solely to create your custom coloring page and are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. We delete uploaded photos from our systems after your order is fulfilled. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you store my photos?

Photos are held only long enough to process your order and are then permanently deleted. We do not build any database of customer photos.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each coloring page is custom-created from your photo, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun. What paper should I use for printing?

We recommend standard 8.5" x 11" white cardstock (6580 lb) for the best coloring experience. Regular printer paper works great too!

Can I share the files with friends or family?

Each purchase is licensed for one household. If a friend would like the designs too, we'd love for them to grab their own copy and support the studio!
